INITIATING PROBLEM,ISSUE,OPPORTUNITY(Who,What,When,Where,Why):
Repairs are necessary to keep the machine in good running order. Presently, chipper's
hydraulics need repair and the air controler system has developed leaks. Other items
include weak pipes which could rupture and cause hot oil (350°) to be sprayed over
other parts and the operator.
ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
Machine will run and be safer. Inherent defective parts will be replaced with the
appropriate part.
