The band will serve as a public relations function and will play at numerous community concerts and parades. A conductor, sectretary, librarian and custodian are needed for this unit to function. ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: The band will be able to function as a public relations unit for the St. Paul Police Department. DISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: None. DISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED: Without the leadership of these four members, the band would be without direction and accountability.
