ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recreation, Municipal Athletics, administers an adult
baseball and softball program for over 1,200 teams, and
WHEREAS, the softball and baseball board serves in an advisory capacity and attends
disciplinary hearings as needed for Municipal Athletics throughout the season, and
WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recreation, Municipal Athletics, encourages the
importance of providing proper recognition for softball and baseball board members, and
WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recreation, Municipal Athletics, has traditionally held
an annual meeting including dinner, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City Officals are hereby authorized to make
all necessary arrangements and pay expenses incurred to have this event.
