ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, through its Child Care
Initiative (CCI) has been a major contributor to the
development of the project called, the Community Partnership:
Child Care and Early Education (The Partnership) ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul wishes to continue its
involvement with the Partnership through membership on the
Leadership Committee and the Steering Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on December 19, 1989, approved a
contribution of $30, 000 to the Partnership to support the
project; and
WHEREAS, the $30, 000 was placed in 001-03000-0545,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED, that Community Services be
directed to pay the $30,000 to the Partnership' s fiduciary
agent, the Saint Paul Foundation.
