Change Agreement#1 reduces the construction contract quantities to reflect the narrower street width. ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: Pascal is designated as a Municipal State Aid (MSA) street. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/Dot) requires that -hange agreement be processed so that the revised MSA quantities are incorporated into the contract documents.
