PRESENTED BY
An ordinance amending ordinance No. 7860, entitled:
"An ordinance regulating the sale, offering
for sale, and delivery of liquid fuel,
defining liquid fuel deliveries, providing
regulations for the granting of licenses
and fixing license fees therefor, providing
for the measuring of liquid fuel, and
providing penalti@s for the violation of
any of the provisions of this ordinance"
approved September 4, 1937, as amended. This is an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preser-
vation of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7860, approved September
40 1937, as amended, is hereby further amended in Section 3
thereof, by striking therefrom the words and figures "Twenty-
five Dollars ($25.00) " where the same do appear, and by
inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "Thirty
Dollars 330.00) ".
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take force and be in
effect upon its passage, approval and publication.
