An ordinance settling the claim of Thomas Sirian u441e
against the City of Saint Paul.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper city officers are hereby authorized
to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Thomas Sirian
the sum of 5158.75 in full settlement of his claim against the City,
arising from damages sustained by him by reason of aniaecident'id h
a City vehicle on January 19, 1956, at Forest and Geranium Streets.
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant upon execution
and delivery of a release in full to the Citr, in a form to be approved
by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained in the manner
aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.

THY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAINt
