An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 7881, entitled:
"An ordinance ziegulating and controlling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the public peace, health and safety".

The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1.
That OrdiManee No. 7881 approved December 30 1937, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding
to Section 85, Subsection (a) (5), thereof the following:
"East side of State Street from Concord Street to 180 feet
south".
'south side of George Street from State Street to 100 feet
west".
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordi-
nance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon
its passage and publication.
