"An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the public peace, health and safety",

The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordains
kction 1.
That Ordinance No. 7881 approved December 30, 1937, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting \
from Section 85, Subsection (a) (1), thereof the followings
"Between the hours of 4:00 P.K. to 6:00 P.M. no person shall
park a motor vehicle on the north side of Como Avenue from
Front Avenue to 300 feet east".
and by adding in lieu, thereof, the following:
"Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.K. no person shall
park a motor vehicle on the north side of Como Avenue fray
Front Avenue to Kent Street".
and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) (5), thereof the
followings
"Both sides of Concord Street from,State Street to Ada Street".
and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) (4), thereof, the
following:
"Nor for a period longer than 30 minutes upon the following
portion of street: The north side of Tenth Street from Jack.. %
son Street to Sibley Street". /
Section 2,
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub-
lie peace, health and safety.
Section 9.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
passage and publication.
