An ordinance settling the claim of Florence Truhler
against the City of Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper city officers are hejeby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
Florence Truhler and Michael N. Lyons, Jr. , as attorney for said
Florence Truhler, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00)
in full settlement of her claim against the City arising from
inries sustained by said Florence Truhler by reason of a fall
on the public sidewalk immediately adjacent to and North of
that certain property designated as 140 Concord Street, Saint
Paul; Minnesota, on the 29th day of August, 1955.
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant upon
her execution and delivery of a release in full to the City,
in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all
injuries sustained by her in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days after its passage and publication.
