The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain: ABBt0la That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by-adding to Section 68, thereof the foll'vwings "No vehicle shall be left standing at any tine on the south side of University Avenue from Park Street to Jaeksoa Street". "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on the east side of Park Street from University Avenue to Sherburne Avenue'. "No vehicle shall be left standing at any tine on the north side of University Avenue from Jackson Street to Park Street". no vehicle shall be left standing at any time on the west side of Mississippi Giver Boulevard from Pssihs>a B+e ].vard to Dayton Avenue". "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on the east side 'of Mississippi River Boulevard from Marshall Avenue to Pelham Boulevard". and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) We thereof, the following: "Between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.N. no person shall 04 park a motor vehicle on the west side of Park Street from Sherburne Avenue to University Avenue'.
