An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 7881, entitled:
"An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the public peace, health and safety",

The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 7881 approved December 30, 1937, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by -
to Section 85, Subsection (a) (1), thereof the following:
"Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall
park a motor vehicle on the most side of Cleveland Avenue from
Dayton Avenue to Iglehart Avenue."
"Between the hours of 7:00 16.16 and 9:00 A.M. no person shall
park a meter vehicle en the crest side of Lexington Pkwy. from
Larpenteur Avenue to West Idaho Avenue.'
'Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall
park a motor vehicle on the east side of Lexington Pkwy.-freer
West Idaho Avenue to Larponteur Avenu".
"Between the hours of 4:00 P.N. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall
park a motor vehicle on the east side of Rice Street from
Summit Avenue to Iglehart Avenue".
'Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall
park a motor vehicle in the nest side of Rice Street from
Iglehart Avenue to College Avenge".
"Between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. no person shall
park a motor vehicle on the west side of Rice Street from
Iglehart Avenue to College Avenue".
And by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) (4), thereof, the
followings
"lor for a period longer than 30 minutes upon the following
portion of street: The north side of Selby Avenue from Dale
Street to St. Albans Street".
