WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department Professional Development Institute is sponsoring a
Interview and Intenogation, Maximizing the Opporhxnity course.
WHEREAS, this course is scheduled far November 16 & 17, 2000, and will be conducted at the Center
for Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement.
Be it ordered that pursuant to the 2000 City Budget, the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to
remit an amount not to exceed 360.00.00 to Events By Design, located at 2236 Cypress Drive, Woodbury, MN
55125. This is to cover expenses for food service for the outside agencies participating in the Interview and
Interrogation, Maximizing the Opportunity course. This includes morning break, and snacks for this course.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Finance Services

The Saint Paul Police Professional Development Ins6tute is sponsoring a 2 day seminaz called Maxnnizing the Oppornmity. The training
will be conducted November 16-17, 2000 from 0800-1600 ARS at the CC7LE, 1380 Energy Pazk Lane. The seminaz will be attended by
both outside Agencies and personnel of the SPPD. In order to provide continuous training, the offering of breakfast and afremoon
snacks eases the disruption of the class.
