That Ordinance No. 7607, approved Feb ry 13, 1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out the following paragraphs: "1. To furnish appointing officers with an official sc edule containing all of the titles in the Civil Service. ' 2. To give such a description of each position that y be readily understood by the appointing officers, the emplo ees, applicants for positions, and others interested in runic of airs, when taken by itself or in relation to other post e.
