WI�REAS, the Saint Paul Police Department is sponsoring a graduation ceremony for the Citizen
Police Academy.
WHEREAS, this event is scheduled for November 29, 2QQQ, and will be conducted at the Saint Paul
Police Deparhnent Training Unit classroom.
Be it ordered that pursuant to the 2000 City Budget, the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to
remit an amount not to exceed 150.00 to Events By Design, located at 2236 Cppress Drive, Woodbury, MN
55125. This is to cover expenses for food service for the Citizens graduating from the Citizen Police Academy.
This includes cake, coffee, and punch for this event.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of recard in the Office of Finance Services
