An ordinance reappropriating the balances remaining in Charter Funds, Park
Fund 18, Playgrounds Fund 19 and Public Building Fund 20, at the end of the year 1956,
after all obligations and purposes for which the funds were appropriated have been pro-
vided for. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
SECTION 1
That the balances remaining in Park Funds 18, Playground Funds 19, and
Public Building Funds 20 are hereby appropriated and set aside to be used for the
purpose in 1957 as same were appropriated for in the 1956 budget.
That the balance remaining in the Emergency Heating Plait Repair Fund
18-E-5, per Council File 176134, at the close of the year shall hereby be approppiated
and set aside to be used for the purpose in 1957 as same was appropriated for the
year 1956.
SECTION 2
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered
necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon passage and
publication.
