This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres- ervation of the public peace, health and safety", Approved December 30, 1937, as amended. That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting from Section 85, Sub-section (a) (5)0 thereof the following: 'Sibley Street from the railroad tracks north to Zknth Street" and by adding to Section 85, Sib-section (a) (3), thereof, the following: "Between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall at any time park a motor vehicle for a period longer than fifteen (15) minutes on the west side of Sibley Street from Kellogg Boulevard to Second Street". and by adding to Section 85, Sub-section (a) (1), thereof, the following: "Between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. no person shall park a motor vehicle on the east side of Cretin Avenue between Dayton Avenue and Iglehart Avenue". "Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall park a motor vehicle on the west side of Cretin Avenue between Dayton Avenue and Iglehart Avenue". "Between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. no person shall park a motor vehicle on the east aide of Cleveland Avenue be- tween Dayton Avenue and Iglehart Avenue". !Between the hours of 7:00 A.K. and 9:00 A.K. and 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.K. no person shall park a motor vehicle on the east side of Fairview Avenue from Marshall Avenue south to the alley".
