An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 9227, approved January 5, 1949, entitled: "An ordinance fixing the salary of the City Clerk of the City of aint Paul." This is an ewer ency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the publi peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 9227, approved January 5, 1949, as amended, be and the s e is hereby further amended by striking out of Section 1 thereof the wording "Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00)" and substituting in lieu thereof the wording "Five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($5600.00)". Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3.
