An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 7881, entitled: "An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding, driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres- ervation of the public peace, health and safety", Approved December 30, 1937, as amended. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub- lic peace, health and safety. The Council ofthe City of Saint Paul Does Ordain: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended, by strik- ing out of Section 68, thereof the following: "Between the hours of 1:30 A.M. to 7:00 A.M. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays no vehicle shall be left standing on the following street: South side of Fourth Street from Exchange Street to Auditorium Street". and by adding to Section 68, the following: "Between the hours of 3:30 A.M. to 7:00 A.M. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays no vehicle shall be left standing on the following street: South side of Fourth Street from Exchange Street to Auditorium Street". and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a)' (l+), thereof, the following: "At any time between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. no person shall park a motor vehicle for a period longer than sixty (60) minutes on either side of Mount Curve Boulevard from Eleanor Avenue to Highland Parkway". "At any time between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., no person shall park a motor vehicle for a period longer than sixty (60) minutes upon the following street: North side of University Avenue from Prior Avenue to approxi- mately 1+00 feet east.
