An ordinance settling the claim of Weston Harmon
against the City of Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and. Compromise Fund to
Weston Harmon, the sum of $120.90 in full settlement of his claim
against the City arising from damages sustained by him by reason
of an accident involving his car and a City vehicle occurring on
December 24, 1956, at the intersection of Laurel and Fairview
Avenues.
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant
upon execution_ and delivery of a release in full to the City,
in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all
damages sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage and publication.
