This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres- ervation of the public peace, health and safety", Approved December 30, 1937, as amended. That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding to Section 85, Sub-section (a) (1), thereof, the following: "Between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. no person shall park a motor vehicle on the west side of Rice Street from Orange Avenue to Rose Avenue". "Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall park a motor vehicle on the north side of Maryland Avenue from Park Street to Rice Street". "Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall park a motor vehicle on the south side of Maryland Avenue from Albemarle Street to Rice Street", Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub- lic peace, health and safety. action 1.._ This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
