"An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the public peace, health and safety",
approved December 30, 1937, as amended. This is an emergency

The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding
to Section 68, thereof, the following:
"No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on either side
of Mississippi River Boulevard from Ford Parkway to Woodlawn
Avenue".
and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) (5), thereof, the
following:
"South side of Englewood Avenue from 225 feet east of Snelling
Avenue to Snelling Avenue".
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency or-

Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
