PRESENTED BY This is an emergency ordinance ren- dered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. TIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6146, approved January 23, 1925, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out of Section II the line: "Ticket Seller $67.00 a week or $6.00 a performance." and substituting in lieu thereof the line: "Ticket Seller $8.70 for four hours or less,and ,. 2.50 for each hour or fraction thereof in excess of four." Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the first day of the first payroll period following its passage, approval and publication.
