''An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the public peace, health and safety."

ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub-
lic peace, health and safety.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1 .
That Ordinance No. 7881 , approved December 30, 1937, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding
to Section 85, Subsection (a) (1) , thereof, the following:
"Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:80 P.M. no person shall
park a motor vehicle on the west side of Robert Street from
Fourth Street to Kellogg Boulevard",
and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) (5) , thereof
the following: -
"West side of Mount Curve Boulevard from Pinehurst Avenue to
Highland Parkway".
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency or-
dinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
Section 3.

passage and publication.
