An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 6675, entitled:
"An administrative ordinance authorising the
Bureau of Municipal Equipment to receive and
store lost and stolen cars in the Municipal
Garage, and to charge for such service",
approved June 11, 1926, as amended. This is an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the
public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6675, approved June 11,
1926, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by striking from Section 2 thereof the words and figures
"Five Dollars ( $5.00) " and by inserting in lieu thereof the
words and figures "Six Dollars ( $6.00) ".
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage, approval and publication.
