THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7890, approved January 28,
1938, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by striking from subsection (b) of Section 3 thereof the words
and figures "Five Dollars ( $5.00) " and by substituting in lieu
thereof the words and figures "Six Dollars( $600) ".
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage, approval and publication.
