An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 7881 , entitled:
"An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergen y ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the pu lic peace, health and safety."
Approved December 0, 1937, as amended. This is an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub-
lic peace, health nd safety.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1 .
That Ordinance No. 7881 , approved December 30, 1937, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting
from Section 68, thereof the following:
"In the months of November, December, January, February and
March of each year no vehicle shall be left standing on the
following portions of streets:
Avenue
"The south side of Doswell/from Cleveland Avenue west to the
alley".
and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) (4) , thereof, the
following:
"Nor for a period longer than 30 minutes upon the following
portion of street: The south side of University Avenue from
CD.. ti approximately 100 feet east of Galtier Street to Marion Street".

W u and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) (1) , thereof, the
following:
0 o "Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall
N park a motor vehicle on the south side of Minnehaha Avenue
' from Fry Street to Snelling Avenue".

peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
passage and publication.
