ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 04 the City
Charter and based on fhe request oT the Director of the Department of Planning 8. Economic Development
to amend the 2000 budget of the City Sales Tau Capital Projects Fund, the Director of the Office of Financial
Services is authorized to amend said budget in the following manner:
WHEREAS, CF96-891 allocated funds for the Coordinated Housing Program (CHIP), STAR program 77094; and
WHEREAS, the program was established to provide up to thirty-£ve Ioans and grents for purchase-rehab of
residentiai property; and
WHEREAS, a foan was approved for the property at 13A6 York; and
NOW THEREFORE, staff recommends the reallocation of $16,160 from the budget for the CHIP program to
project code 77304.

second tier loan was approved for 1346 York. A sepazate project code is needed to track loan payments.
