11An administrative ordinance fixing the com-
pensation rates of certain city positions and employments,"
approved January 23, 1925, as amended. This is an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6446, approved January 23, 1925,
as amended, be anti the same is hereby further amended by striking out
of Section IV (b) the title 11Department of Libraries, Auditorium and
Museums", and substituting in lieu thereof the title "Department of
Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia,,.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after January 1, 1958.
