WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, in connection with the construction of Eagle Parkway and portions of Chesmut
Street, has placed all overhead utiliry lines underground, and
WHEREAS, the underground utiliry line placement necessitated electrical work at three adjoining properties
previously served by the overhead utility lines, to provide proper underground service connections, and
WHEREAS, the Keller Electric Company performed the reguired electrical work in coordination with the City's site
development and roadway contractors, and Northern States Power Company, for the sum of $10,800.56
THEREFORE, it is ordered that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay Keller Electric
Company, Inc., 1064 Woodhill Drive, Woodbury, Minnesota, 55125 an amount not to exceed $10,800.56.

During construction work on Eagle Parkway and Chestnut Street, NSP was contracted to place all overhead utility lines
underground. This necessitated revised underground connections to three adjoining properties, and this work was
performed by Kelfer ElecCric Company, in coordination with the City's roadway and site development contractors, and
SP.
