Section 2. Pursuant to' the provisions of Chapter 427, Laws of
Minnesota for 1959, Regular Session, it is hereby provided that the
balances remaining in all items in budget funds No. 1$ and No. 19,
at the end of the year 1959, after all obligations and purposes for
which such funds were appropriated have been provided for and disposed
of, be and they are hereby appropriated to budget fund No. 1$, Parks and
Recreation, and are hereby set aside to be used for the same purposes
in 1960 as the same were appropriated for in the year 1959•
Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval, and publication.
