ORDINANCE
An ordinance amending the Zoning Code, Chapters
60 to 64 -inclusive of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, as amended,-pertaining to Use D-is tricts,
Height Districts-and Rezoning of certain properties
in the City of Saint Paul. This is an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary-fox the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Zoning Code, Chapers 60 to 64
inclusive of the Saint Paul Legislative,aode, as amended, per-
taining to Use Districts, Height Districts and Rezoning of-
certain properties-in the City of Saint Paul, be and the same
is hereby further amended so as to rezone the following described
property from `�Alr Residence District to "Cii Residence District,
to-wit: _.

Lots 20, 21, 22jand' 24, Block 16, E. R. Bryantts
Subdivision of Stinsonts Frances Street ,Addition,
according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds-
in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, located at
the northwest cQrner of Conway and Clarence
Streets.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be
an emergency ordinance rendered.necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety. '
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force upon its passage, approval and publication.

Subdivision of Stinson's Frances Street.Addttion,
according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds
in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, located at
