An ordinance amending Chapter 147 of the .Saint
Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to Parking Meter Zones
and Regulations. This is an emergency ordinance ren-
dered necessary fox the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That .Section 147.06, Saint Paul Legislative Code,
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"From 7 :00 A.M. to 12 :00 midnight every day without
exception at the following locations:
LOCATION .SIDE OF STREET
St. Peter St. approx. 20 ft. north of Ninth St. East
St. Peter St, approx. 40 ft. north of Ninth St. East"
.Section 2..
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in'foxce
upon its passagb, approval and publication.
