An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code, pertaining -to absolute parking
restrictions. This is an emergency ordinance.-rendered
necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 145.01, Saint Paul Legislative Code,
Is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"No vehicle shall be left standi.,ug at any time on
the north side of Como Avenue from Capitol Boulevard
to Park Street ".
Section 2, _ r
This ordinance is hereby dec14red to, be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pre-
servation of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3,
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage, approval and publication,
