parking restrictions. This is an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 146.05, Saint Paul Legislative
Code, is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
"North side of Reaney Avenue from Cypress Street to
Earl Street"

"South side of University Avenue from Kent Street
to Mackubin Street ".
Section 2. -
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the
r
preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage, approval and publication.
