An ordinance amending Chapter 146, of the .Saint
Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to limited time parking
restrictions. This is an emergency ordinance rendered
necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF TH.E CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 146.04, ,Saint Paul Legislative Code,
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
"North and south sides of Selby Avenue from Saratoga
Street to approximately 300 f't, west.
and by adding to Section.146.05 thereto the following:
i
"North and south sides of Selby Avenue from Saratoga
Street to approximately 300 ft. west ".
Section. 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This :ordinance shall take effect and be.—in force
upon its passage, approval and publication.
