THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That ,Section 126.02., ,Saint Paul Legislative Code,
ishbereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Direction
Street One -Way From-, To
Ninth Street West Robert Street Wabasha .Street
and by adding thereto the following:
Ninth .Street West Cedar Street Wabasha Street
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
/ Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
upon its passage, approval and phblication.
