An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to absolute parking
restrictions. This is an emergency ordinance rendered

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 145001, Saint Paul Legislative Code,
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"East side of Avon Street from Summit Avenue to Portland
Avenue ".

Section` 2.
This ordinance. is hereby declared to be an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take offect and be'in force
