An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to absolute parking,,
restrictions. This is an emergency ordinance rendered:
necessary f-or the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That "Section 145.01,, Saint,Paul Legislative Code,
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following;
"West side of Arcade Street from the North City Limits
to Idaho Avenue" ,
"In alley bounded by Pascal Street, Sherburne Avenue,
Simpson Street and University Avenue ",
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
.upon its passage,,approval and publication.
