An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code, pertaining-to absolute parking
restrictions, This is an emergency ordinance rendered
necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF TAE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
i
That Section 145.05, Saint Paul Legislative Code,
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M, no vehicle
shall be left standing on the west side of R-obert Street
between Seventh Street and Sixth Street"
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to:be an emer— y
gency ,ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
upon its passage, approval and publication.
