THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 11530, approved August 4, 19599 be and_the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom Section 2 and by inserting in lieu thereof the following: "Section 2. That this amendatory ordinaftce:shall'be-' _ deemed dependent for its operative effect upon the accept- ance of the same and the concurrence therein by,said Village of Maplewood, evidenced by an ordinance passed by its Village Council or governing body, and the filing of a certified copy of the same with the City Clerk not later than 180 days next after the official publication of this amendatory ordinance." Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. D Section 3. That Ordinance No. 11530 Of the City of St. Paul, as amended St. Paul Ordinance No. i.i612, amending St. Paul. City Ordinance No. 11061 is hereby approved and the terms and provisions thereof are hereby accepted by the Council of the Village of Maplewood for and on behalf of said Village of Maplewood. Section 2. The Village of Maplewood in constructing, connecting and maintaining those portions of its sanitary sewer system which are to be connected to the St. Paul sanitary sewer system at Battle Creek and at Stillwater Road and McKnight Streets as authorized by St. Paul Ordinance No. 11530, holds itself bound by all of the provisions of said Ordinance No. 11530. Section 3. This Crdinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
