An ordinance amending the St. Paul Legislative
Code, Chapter 207, with respect to Permits for
Driveways, SidewAlks, Curbs, etc. This is an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the
preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The Saint Paul Legislative Code, Chapter
207, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section, to be
numbered, consecutively, 207.05, and reading as follows:
"No person, firm or corporation shall be issued
a permit hereunder unless they comply with the
license requirements of the City of Saint Paul
Legislative Code relative to the type of work
sought to be performed under the permit application." r
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an,
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of,
the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take of €ect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
