ADMINISSRATIVE ORDER, Consistent vinth the authority grented to the Mayor in Section 70.07.4 of the City
Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Deparhment of Planning 8� Economic Development
to amend the 1999 budget of the City Sales Tax Capital Projects Fund, the Director of the Office of Financiai
Services is authorized to amend said budget in the following manner:
WHEREAS, CF96-891 allocated funds forthe Coordinated Housing Progrem (CH1P), STAR program 77094; and
WHEREAS, the program was established to provide up to thirty-five loans and grants for purchase-rehab of
residential proper[y; and
WHEREAS, a loan was approved for the property at 7035 Beech Street; and
IdOW THEREFORE, staff recommends the reallocation of $15,600 from the budget for the CHIP progrem (77094)
to the project code 77300 designated for the loan on 1035 Beech Street.
