An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to Absolute
Parking Restrictions. This is an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Thgt Section 145.08 of the Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code is hereby amended by striking thereform the word
"Saturday" and by inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"Saturday P. MI!
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the presEr vation of the
public peace, health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force uponzitb passage, approval and publication.
