An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code, pertaining,to Absolute Parking
Restrictions. This is an emergency ordinance ren=
dered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Chapter 145 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
11145.055• No Parking --Certain Hours. No
person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle
except when necessary to avoid conflict with other
traffic or in compliance with the directions of a
police officer or other recognized authority, or
in obedience t6 a traffic control device, in any of
;,the following places during the time indicated.
Street From TO Side Hours
Kellogg Blvd. Sibley 150 ft. west South 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
Marshall Dunlap 150 ft. east South 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage, approval and publication.
