An ordinance amending Chapter 1, Building Code -
Administration, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code. '
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for
the preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Chapter 1, Building Code - Administration,
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended by striking
from Section 1.02, subdivision 1, the following language:
"This code shall apply to all buildings
and structures, except one and two
family dwellings."
Section 2. That Section 1.03, subdivision 1, of said
Chapter 1, is hereby amended by striking therefrom the
;•, language in parenthesis, "except one and two family dwellings"
and by inserting a period after the word "Paul ".
Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage, approval and publication.

Section 1, That Chapter 1, Building Code - Administration#
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended by striking
