WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Division of Pazks and Recreation and the Saint Paul River&ont Corporation aze
selecting an artist to create a series of works that will be integrated into ihe Hazriet Island Pazk Levee Gateway, and
WHEREAS, the artist selection process is being coordinated and facilitated by Public Art Saint Paul at the request of
the Division of Puks and Recreation, and
WHEREAS, Public Art Saint Paul will incur certain expenses during said selection process,
THEREFORE, it is ordered that the proper City officials aze hereby authorized and directed to pay Public Art Saint
Paul for its expenses for the Harriet Island Pazk Levee Gateway artist selection process in an amount not to exceed
$9,050.00.
