An ordinance settling the claim of
Robert E. Ahlin against the City of
Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are
hereby .authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise
fund, to Robert E. Ahlin, the sum of One Hundred Fifty and
58100 Dollars ($150.58) in full settlement and satisfaction
of all claims against -said. City for damages and any known or
unknown personal injuries sustained by said Robert E. Ahlin
on January 7, 1960, when his automobile was struck by ,a City
vehicle at the intersection of Raymond and Como .Avenues.
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant
upon his execution and delivery of a release in full to said
City of Saint Paul, in a form to be approved by the Corporation
Counsel, for all damages sustained by him in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
• force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
