Herman against the City of Saint Paul. r THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Philip W. Herman, the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Dollars ($290.00) in full settlement of his claim against said City for damages and any known or unknown personal injuries sustained by said Philip W. Herman because of an accident on February 5, 1960, on South Seventh Street near Fifteenth Avenue in the city of Minneapolis, when his car was struck by a City of Saint Paul vehicle driven by Edmund Auck. ' Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant upon his execution and delivery of a release in full to said City of Saint Paul, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained by him in the manner aforesaid.
