An ordinance amending Chapter 337 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to
Candy, etc. Vending Machines. This is m
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for
the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 337.03 of Chapter 337 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended by striking there-
from the last sentence of said Section 337.03•
Section 2. That said-Chapter 337 is hereby further amended
by striking therefrom Section 337.07 in its entirety.
Section 3. That said Chapter 337 is hereby further amended
by striking therefrom the first paragraph of Section 337.08 bJid by
inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"Additional Machines. After said
license is granted, if applicant places
any additional vending machines in any
location within the City of Saint Paul,
he shall make report thereof to the
office of the City Clerk and pay the
location fee provided for herein, if
the machines are installed in a new location."
Section 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage, approval and publication.
